Coach Development

Mentor Coaching for ICF Credentialed Coaches

Partner with a certified mentor coach to engage in a reflective process that connects your unique coaching style to the ICF core competencies.  

Our process includes 1:1 practice deepening your coaching capabilities through coaching a variety of clients and engaging in a feedback process that includes self-reflection, and developmental feedback.  

You will also learn how to incorporate consulting, advising, and developmental tools like assessments into your coaching engagements in a way that empowers your client and respects the ICF philosophy and guidelines. 

LEAD Inclusively™ DEI Coach Certification for Professional Coaches

DEI is complex and heavily nuanced. To fully utilize coaching core competencies when addressing sensitive DEI-related topics requires coaches to better understand their personal relationship to DEI and make a cognitive shift in mindset.
