Body Confidence & Total Health Coaching

How we engage with ourselves physically has an impact on our emotional wellbeing and self-confidence.  This experience is not a weight loss program, its a combination of body positivity and a total heath lifestyle approach.

You will explore how your life experiences and socialization have influenced how you see yourself physically and better understand how diet culture has overemphasized the role of weight in overall health.  With your coach you will develop a healthy lifestyle plan that measures how effectively your lifestyle promotes overall health & wellbeing by tracking several health barometers. 

A total health lifestyle approach liberates you from aligning your self-confidence to a number on a scale.  Through intuitive health practices your body will discover a weight set point that is healthy and appropriate for your current life stage. 

Resources from The Body Positive, HAES (Health at Every Size) and Intuitive Eating movements will be leveraged to support your journey to a healthy, self-caring relationship with your body.

International Coach Federation (ICF) Mentor Coaching

Obtaining and advancing your International Coach Federation (ICF) coaching credential is a worthwhile endeavor that will enhance your ability to create impact. Our certified ICF mentor coaches can guide you through the credentialing process and help you complete required mentor hours, recordings, and prepare for the Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) test.
