Leadership Team

“Confidence is not a fact, it’s a belief that you are whole, capable and resourceful.”

Kristine Pérez-Foley, M.Ed PCC

Founder & CEO

Kristine partners with organizations all over the world to create high-performing inclusive cultures. She uses a data-driven, systematic approach that drives overall business goals and increases bottom-line performance.

Her expertise in inclusive leadership strategy, training content design, group facilitation and executive coaching enabled her to lead several large global training initiatives for Fortune 100 & 500 companies.  Before starting her own leadership consulting firm, she worked for 2 small private firms and one large public firm.  This has given her insight and experience helping leaders scale up their leadership capabilities to accommodate business growth.

Personally, Kristine is a bi-cultural Latina and is fluent in Spanish and English.  She spent her childhood between Puerto Rico and New York.  Currently, she lives in the San Diego area with her husband.  Her interests include fashion, food, and fitness, which she turned into growth opportunities for clients by becoming a personal stylist, intuitive eating coach and body-positive fitness trainer.

“If you want to make a difference focus less on trying to be important and do something important.”

Kevin Foley

Social Impact Director

Kevin is a retired corporate executive who is dedicated to public service. To date he has served on 12 non-for-profit boards and 4 board advisory councils. He leverages his 37 years of corporate experiences to contribute his expertise in employee development and succession planning. He believes well defined goals, deliverables, and a clear pathway to achieve those goals are hallmarks of success.

Kevin understands how not-for-profit boards differ from other boards. During his tenure as board chair for Foundation for the Children of the California’s and Junior Achievement, he learned that board development and increasing visibility directly impact how well organization’s deliver toward their mission.

Before Kevin joined corporate America, he was a high-school history teacher and has always enjoyed mentoring young people. Currently as a volunteer docent at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles he shares his passion and knowledge of automotive history with children and adults. As a self proclaimed “gear head” he enjoys cross county road trips, seeing the backroads of the US, meeting people and hearing their stories along the way.
